Returns Policy

You may return an unworn, unwashed item with its tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind or wrong size, you pay the return shipping. For a damaged, wrong or defective item, we pay the return shipping and will replace it or refund you. Refunds go to your original payment method.

How to return

Contact us via the Contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will confirm the return and the address to send it to. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and in original packaging where applicable.

Who pays

Change of mind or wrong size: you pay return shipping. Damaged, wrong or defective: we pay return shipping and will replace the item or refund you.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method once the return is received, or immediately for a damaged, wrong or defective item once confirmed. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order unless we confirm otherwise.

Contact us promptly with a photo if possible. You will not be charged for returning a damaged, wrong or defective item.
